Hazelnuts & cashew bites

What you Need :

150gms Hazelnuts

150gms Cashews

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup ghee or coconut oil (vegan option)

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup cocao powder

1 cup dates

Method:

Roast hazelnuts, cashews and pumpkin seeds. Once cold, blitz them in a food processor (do not make a powder)

In a mixing bowl had the dates, cocoa powder, maple syrup, ghee or coconut oil and the nuts. Mix, mix and mix and make small bites. Serve it with love and ENJOY!
